Current FEMVCPC Data
The University of Iowa has been tracking data on Farm Equipment (FE) vs. Motor Vehicle (MV) Crashes on Public Roads since 2004. The 2004 data only covered four states; Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska; and is not presented below. Since 2005 data from nine states; Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin; has been collected. The data below represents the data for those nine states and covers 2005-2008.
The data presentation includes individual data for each year, a composite of yearly data for viewing trends, and a compilation of data from all years in the time frame. It might also be interesting to look up the number of miles of roads in your state and compare that number to the number of incidents.
