Suggested Subject Outline for Tractor-Trailier Driver Training Programs
The Commercial Vehicle Training Association (CVTA) has received a number of inquiries requesting guidance regarding the structure of a commercial driver-training curriculum. The Association does not certify programs of instruction; nor does it require that its members follow a specific curriculum. However, in response to various inquiries the Association is providing this outline as a suggested list of subjects to be taught to all entry-level commercial driver trainees.
